Who is TreasuresWorldwide.com? TreasuresWorldwide.com was founded in 1998 as an importer of fine goods from around the world. Since then we have grown to become a leading luxury retailer specializing in fine and unique gifts. We are located on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula on the coast near Los Angeles, California. We work with major corporations and celebrities. We ship worldwide. Our buyers continuously look for unique, excellent quality merchandise. We try to differentiate ourselves by offering superior customer service, a good selection of merchandise and honest pricing throughout the year. Many of our customers have shopped with us for years and it is our hope that our customers will always be loyal to our business.
Do I need to pay tax? We are required by law to collect tax on all orders shipped to California. Orders that ship anywhere outside of CA are tax free.
What is special about your products and gifts? We spend all our time and energy to find unique products from around the world. While it is much easier for us to offer mass produced items, we chose not to do it. Therefore, many of the items that you find at our store and catalog are not found in your every day department store. Many of our products are hand made, each piece at a time!
Are your gifts guaranteed? What is your return policy? While we make every effort to describe our products as best we can, we know that there are instances when you need to return a gift that didn't meet your expectations. Personalized gifts are not returnable for obvious reasons. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send the item to:

Please enclose your original receipt if you have it and indicate a reason for return. Items returned should be in the same condition as received. Returns are accepted 30 days from receipt of order. During the holidays (November 15 - December 24), the return policy is extended to 60 days. Due to the nature of our business, returns over 5 units are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All claims for damaged or undelivered merchandise have to be reported within 10 business days. In order to receive a full refund, returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received.
